You will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to show details. Package elements are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted. This package is WILL-CALL ONLY, the original purchaser, and your entire party, must check-in and enter the venue together. Will-call tickets will be available for pick up at check-in on the evening of the event by the original purchaser. A valid ID of the original purchaser is required to check-in, receive your tickets and package elements. Check-in may be prior to public doors, plan on early arrival to the venue. The Meet and Greet is scheduled to take place after the show. Be prepared to stay after the show has ended to participate in the Meet and Greet. Should the Meet and Greet be prior to the show, you may miss some, or all, of any opening act. Merchandise will either be shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up on the night of the show. If available on the night of show, a valid ID of the original purchaser is required. If shipped, delivery of merchandise may arrive a min of 30 days after the show.
